All services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITE GRAIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.
